Broken clothes came back and bad service! I sent a defect-free suit to the dry cleaner. The pants then had a hole. After returning the broken trousers, the cleaning department kept the entire suit for 6 weeks. Then the sack came back with moth holes. As a result, the cleaning department dismissed the previous hole in the pants as a moth hole (a single large and frayed hole is certainly not a moth hole! If there are complaints about the damage, the cleaning department claims that the moth holes were previously in the clothes. In addition, after a brief discussion on the phone, the phone hung up immediately.

I found it very expensive. I am very recommending local shops, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this cleaning.

Customer unfriendly and technically incompetent Dress was discolored during cleaning and, according to its own words, "could no longer be manufactured". Not a word of regret! After months of back and forth, the insurance company took over part of the acquisition costs. The cleaning costs paid over 12.90 EUR and other expenses have not been reimbursed to me so far !!!

Since 3.1 I'm waiting for my jacket and pants. Has been lost they are looking for it. The first and the last time. They have been looking for almost 2 months now.
