After a hard week at work, sport often falls short. But not with RS Bodycoach! Super effective personal training in just 20 minutes. For me exactly the right thing and the perfect balance! Very competent and motivating personal trainer. Definitely recommendable!

The ems training is first of all explained very well and the meaning behind it the staff is excellent, the boss is great and the training is very effective, especially for people who do not have that much time self-employed or top athletes who are looking for more stimulus for their training, it is ideal there the workouts are short but very effective, the loading is highly recommended and so is the EMS training

The EMS training is varied and even helps with back problems.
Would anyone recommend it - trial training is worthwhile!
