We had problems with the power connection on the stove. He went on strike every now and then. Two technicians from other companies (manufacturer and other electrician) were there beforehand and could not find it. After the error reappeared, this technician was able to isolate and find it very quickly. Many Thanks! Got an appointment pretty quickly. Techniker made a very professional impression and systematically addressed the problem. Explained the details and went through the calculation again afterwards. I can definitely recommend it!

The service is totally bad. Had asked in the summer for an appointment because of heating problems. I had been promised an appropriate callback to make an appointment. That was the end of August. In October, I had complained because no one has reported. Meanwhile, it is mid-November and I still have no call back let an appointment. That's a customer service :-(

Technical comedy 0, service very bad. For 3 months our heat pump has not been repaired at all. We pay for service without success. Incredible.
