Unfortunately, the company works very unprofessionally. The communication within the company does not seem to work at all, promised appointments are kept several hours late, if at all. The shower was installed at the wrong height so that it does not fit, holes were made in the middle of the ceiling instead of in the corner, it is not even clear who will take over or is qualified for a lot of the work, tiles were apparently not ordered, although we even reminded in good time that the heating system was adjusted when a radiator was installed so that the entire upper floor cooled down, the bathroom faucet was apparently destroyed and tried to replace it with a significantly cheaper one without notice, doors and radiators were damaged during installation and the cleanliness I don't want to start the construction site. Communication is extremely rude and not constructive. Overall: hands off

The sanitary fitters of the company Regenfuß were initially unable to keep the scheduled date because of a "sudden burst water pipe" (so, so ...). On site, a leaky inlet pipe to the toilet turned out to be the cause. When the cause was found, the company's work was already over. I was flabbergasted !! Nothing was done, except supposedly the rubber seal was changed (see note 1). Have a replacement pipe (basic equipment installation requirement, one would think?) With you and use it? -> Nope. Temporarily seal the old pipe with paste or something similar? -> Nope. Fetch a pipe from the company headquarters 5 km away? -> Oh, no. Then what then? O-Ton: "We can send you a cost estimate for the replacement of the toilet, including the inlet and flush valve." And goodbye! Conclusion: It seems that your own company is being helped more than the customer. Never again! 1) By the way, exactly the same rubber seal that I previously ordered to fit somewhere else and that was sealed with silicone. Nothing dripped there!
