Ordered an O2 test from JBL here via Amazon. Arrived even after a long time. However, one of the 3 test reagents was missing. Contact was unsuccessful.

I bought a JBL Protemp e500 on ebay, unfortunately the device is defective, but Blue Aqua Zoo will not exchange it, instead they just say call JBL! Accomodation 0 Customer service 0 Despite guarantee or warranty no exchange by Blue Aqua Zoo. I don't buy anything here anymore.
