Very dear and nice team! I've only recently been here but love coming back again and again. Great devices that are precisely adjusted to you and your strength. Contacts are always there and help you immediately. You can't train wrong that way. In my basic package there are courses that are also a lot of fun! Every registration is worthwhile :) LG

I've been a member for a long time and I really enjoy training in the POM LADY. State-of-the-art devices that are easily controlled electronically. Trainer, personal support and facilities are all great.

I've recently been to the POM Lady. Right from the start I booked the basic package for my rehab sport and can therefore use all equipment and take part in many courses. There is a fantastic atmosphere here and you feel very well cared for. The trainers are super friendly and answer all questions competently and understandably. The free use of the parking garage is very practical.
