Not only yoga but also strength, flexibility and relaxation are very varied and with very professional guidance. It's a lot of fun and I feel really good afterwards.

Theresa gives the courses with insane dedication and professionalism. Your design of the yoga class met my taste exactly. A great and beautiful yoga studio with great facilities. I will come regularly.

great courses! just the right mix of physical activity and at the same time switching off and relaxing from everyday stress. No contract, low prices, nice studio with parking in front of the house. And the organic shop Kirschberg is also nearby :-)

I am very excited as a newcomer to yoga. You get great instructions from a passionate trainer. It's good, fun and everything without a contract. Highly recommended.
