Yoga with excellent instructions and individually tailored to the level of each person. Definitely recommendable and with the subsequent chai tea a wonderful icing on the cake!

From my own experience, I can highly recommend this small and individual yoga studio. Pleasant atmosphere, varied lessons for all levels, committed and competent teacher. Vanessa teaches yoga with a lot of patience and dedication and she wonderfully engages with the needs and special physical situations of the participants. Occasionally there is even a small massage! The relaxing tea hour after the course rounds off the wellness program. Here and you can easily get into conversation with the other yogi. Vanessa also likes to report from India, the country of origin of yoga, where she mastered her training and where the beautiful decoration of the room comes from. The course is very good for me and I am looking forward to the next lesson. :)
