We once got 25 square meters of wooden floor which was very nice. Samples and delivery back then were not a problem. Now we want to equip some more rooms in our house with a new wooden floor. I have already asked for a sample and offers twice, but never received an answer. It's a shame. Now 90 square meters of wooden floors are being bought from the competition. Customer service has deteriorated extremely.

We bought oak planks for living and dining room from Mr Joerke. Fantastic advice, delivery to the front door. The Dielung is a dream, we should have done years ago. The only criticism, there are too many 50 - 60 cm pieces included in the delivery. But the required "wild" installation we like it. We can highly recommend the company.
We decided to order 175 square meters of planks from Joerke on the basis of a few sample planks that were sent to us by Mr. Joerke (and that did not have any putty points).
With the delivery of the floorboards we got a shock. Hardly a hall was not filled. Unfortunately, we are now on this subject with Mr Joerke in a lawsuit ...
As an architect for 2 construction projects in Lugano / Switzerland, I ordered from Joerke Parkett Oak white oiled including baseboards for installation on underfloor heating. The professional technical advice given by Mr. Joerke and the uncomplicated sample delivery to Switzerland were outstanding. The prices are fair and the goods of high quality. The delivery to Switzerland including customs clearance went smoothly.
My customers in Switzerland were completely satisfied.
I can recommend Joerke solid wood without restrictions because both quality and customer service is important.
