We, four girls on tour, cannot understand the negative reviews. The staff was always very friendly and tried to find something suitable for us. Either the staff has been completely replaced in the last 5 months or the reviews have other reasons. We give it 5 stars anyway!
Absolutely unfriendly staff. Got some shoes back and the staff was insulting ... impossible!
