With Targobank I have had the best experience of all other banks. Appointed with employee Ms. Conrady, she is an asset to the Trelleborgerstrasse bank, as she advised me very specifically, competently, friendly and answering all my questions. It's a shame that it won't be there soon. I wish you all the best

Unfortunately you have to give a star to be able to publish this review. Since the Targobank no longer has a cash register, you have to make cash deposits at the machine. In almost all branches there are 2 machines, but only one with a deposit function. Unfortunately, this was defective in the branch in Rostock Lütten-Klein. (Can happen) According to the employees, it has been for a few days. Why is there no emergency service (24h). Fees are charged to the customer for each extra. Why don't I get any compensation for any return debits or the deposit fee at a third-party bank. A bank employee recommended I should go to the branch in the city. Who pays me for the time and mileage? Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Targobank.

The counselor was very nice and helpful. The result was not as desired, but the overall impression was positive. The telephone contact and the appointment also worked well.
