Well equipped and very helpful, nice staff. But clearly too small for the rush there.

The quality, the cleanliness / order and the initial attention to detail are unfortunately clearly noticeable. Some equipment is outdated, worn, or no longer working properly. One example is the solariums. Tubes are either not replaced at all or only replaced in parts, if at all. Tanning effect is zero. A good alternative to the classic warm blanket for visitors who are cold but don't want a tanning effect or skin cancer. It can also be seen that the studio is supposedly only supposed to do one single service, namely that of a money-making machine. "Attention to detail" mentioned at the beginning has unfortunately completely given way to profit thinking in the form of countless new registrations, including filing records. Unfortunately, on many days there was no longer any thought of training plans, you had to take what was available and train freestyle or go again. To be mentioned positively is the permanent staff, which tries to achieve great things with few resources. Constantly changing staff in no way makes the work easier. In the end, it seems to be more important to have anyone at the counter at all, regardless of whether they have coaching skills or not. For this reason, the long-criticized “trainer flat rate” was quickly renamed “service flat rate”. However, both are completely unjustified and only serve as a bonus from above. Heavy hearts have said goodbye to a number of visitors from the first few hours in order to now spend their fitness life elsewhere. We hope that people will soon turn their attention to detail again and sometimes say no to new registrations and overcrowding in such a small studio.
