Its a nice gym big space down there, variety of courses and nice team spirit there. Sadly some machines is not there but you can still have good and a complete training:)

5 stars, during this time you feel in good hands here. You can always see the employees with a smile on their face and in a good mood. The devices are all in top condition and are regularly disinfected. I always look forward to the new one when I visit my regular training courses. I can only highly recommend Fitness First in Rostock.

In addition to the great courses and the wide range of equipment, it is above all the family atmosphere in the club that convinces me very much. The trainers are always there for you and help me with any question about the exercises and training plans. In addition to the generous free weight area with plenty of space, there is also a great sauna (75 ° C or 90 ° C) and a wellness area. All in all, the Fitness First Rostock is highly recommended and I am looking forward to the next strength training
