The yoga studio is highly recommended, a nice place to arrive. The yoga classes are full of heart and passion - whether beginner or advanced, here you will be completely picked up and feels in good hands. I really like the clear way of teaching. 5 stars +

I've been attending Anika's class for about five months and I've learned so much. I can highly recommend the lessons for both beginners and advanced learners as there are always different variations. What is really great is that Anika always goes through the exact alignment of the individual exercises. You can feel the many years of yoga teacher experience.

Annika teaches with heart and soul. As a longtime Kiana yoga student, I can not imagine a better teacher. Varied program, great ambience and a unique yoga philosophy. I am a back patient and have felt very well cared for at Annika, as she always meets the needs of each individual. Just great!
