Well trained trainer, teaching very varied. Cons: Groups are too big and they corrected too little. Is also very sensitive and talks too much.

Experienced and very well trained trainer, whose professional training I have appreciated for years. Since I also jog, Ms. Sadewasser's training is an integral part of the sports program for me and repeatedly alleviates the "side effects of aging" that occur sporadically. Sports room, colleagues, overall atmosphere and group size are absolutely fine for me. I particularly appreciate the appropriate pictorial description of the exercise elements that should be implemented. It takes more than just a few training sessions.

Very experienced and competent trainer. The hours are very varied. Since I join in here, my back problems have disappeared. I am looking forward to the Pilates lesson every week. Keep it up!!
