I bought a RENZ Plan S pillar here. The advice was very friendly, competent, just perfect. The delivery was as it was in the offer. As usual with Renz, the design is very noble.
This invite is a nightmare.
Mailbox ordered in writing and received order confirmation.
Months after the building is up and shortly before moving in, no mailbox.
After a call, it is shared, there is no order and production takes several weeks.
However, we get replacement mailboxes.
After no replacement mailbox came after a week called and checked. We are told we will get an answer the same day.
Since we have already moved in without the doorbell system and mailbox, we call again and want a delivery date. Employee snotty grumbles at us.
We call again and want to speak to the boss. Tell him the whole process. Boss really sloppy we're supposed to wait for delivery, he can't tell us.
Mailbox comes after seven months with wrong name tags.
This shop is the last. Definitely not ordering anything !!!!!
