Whether heating, bathroom or other, always reliable Very nice, competent staff. For many years, the company has taken care of all the work in our house. There was never any reason for complaint. a big praise.

Sometimes you can just shake your head .. The secretary wants to force appointments on the phone that suit her best (according to the motto; I should just take time off). Getting appointments when you have finished work or planned free is almost impossible & then you get snappy answers from the lady. The "fitters" are no better either. Discuss that it fits and that it has to be (I can't imagine that a fan in the bathroom MUST pull so hard that the apartment is permanently cold despite the heating being switched on). Furthermore, the way of working is impossible. Clogged pipes are flushed with hot water at my expense (5 minutes full jet) instead of trying and quickly replacing the drain. Shoes are generally not taken off, so I can clean afterwards every time. And then calling his colleagues how the simplest things work (e.g. pipe cleaner) says it all .. For the second appointment, I was only informed that someone would come back again, and I was not given a reason when asked. All in all, a disaster. If I could choose a company & would not be bound, I would definitely not choose this company.
