Recently we were denied the help of employees of this company who worked in the neighboring house in the event of major water damage in the apartment! These employees knew exactly where to turn off the water, they had just turned it on again after a repair, we should contact the landlord. The water came through the ceiling and dripped down the walls, affecting several rooms. It could have been turned off immediately, but ... refused assistance in an emergency! How can one call such "specialist" workers who lack any empathy? Only the caretaker who was fortunately available turned off the water later. A complaint to the boss of this company was completely pointless ...

My underfloor heating had failed, uncomfortable this time of year.
But the employees were able to help me at short notice, locate and fix the error.
The time of cold feet had a quick end.
It is the end of 2019. It is bitterly cold outside and our heating has failed. We have been trying to reach the heating company Schneider & Co. GmbH for three days. We asked for urgent help in several emails and tried countless times to reach this company by phone. All in vain. After this experience we can definitely not recommend this company.
Nice, the Schneider company is open to new and small customers (despite the tense market situation). My gas water heater was shut down by another company due to lack of spare parts! With expert knowledge, the customer service mechanic was able to breathe new life into the device. Well and who gets the contract to change the device after the heating season is clear! At this point, many thanks again for the uncomplicated help !!!!!
