NOT a single star VALUE! Our heating failed today, we have 15 degrees here, outside is -10 degrees. It is cold and almost 8:00 p.m., we are just calling our emergency contact company Heinrich in Rostock. The CHEF is on the phone and is lambling around on the phone, he doesn't care, he doesn't send anyone! He doesn't want to and he doesn't feel like it, have a nice weekend you looser, jump on your feet, I'll lie down again! He doesn't care that our property manager gave the GO and that he can settle everything for the emergency, he has had a weekend and a nice warm apartment since 6:00 p.m., because he has NO LUST !!! This is an absolute balloon that DOESN'T DO ANYTHING IN AN EMERGENCY !!!
