Since another heating and sanitation company was unable to find the reason for the frequent failures of my thermal baths, I turned to Rainer Wachtel Heizung Sanitär GmbH. The technician came on the same day of the call (Friday afternoon), read the error code and ordered the new regulation via express delivery. The next day (Saturday) the regulation was changed without further ado and since then the system has been running 100%. Thank you for the super-fast, technically competent and successful use.

For two dates, the company came with the wrong bathroom radiator, although photos were available. Had to determine for myself that a replacement radiator, as I had him, no longer existed. I then picked another bathroom radiator. The offer was then twice as high as the average market price. Renegotiations on the price were rejected. Also, my cistern was only photographed after 2 dates and not repaired. The whole process took almost 5 months. It can not be worse.
