Very nice, friendly team. A nice woman helped me order shoes for my child, which are not available in all Rostock. I was pleasantly surprised by such a warm attitude. This lovely woman with a long braid, with whom I first spoke on the phone, since the shoes I bought for the child turned out to be a little small, she offered me to order from another city with home delivery. Thanks.

I like this good assorted clean shop. Shoes are often cheaper to buy here. The staff is nice.

Very "friendly" employees ... Apparently the branch manager, drew attention to himself today with his manner and signaled that he was probably not interested in sales. I then left the branch. About the process: I used one of these gray stools, which are also used by the employees, to get to the upper floors of the shelves. I was scolded that I should not do that. One could also politely have offered to help and rather carry out the matter as a service in accordance with one's job. Deichmann should think about the selection of staff, it was probably not the first time that he was uncomfortably noticed.

I actually like to go to Deichmann, but not to this branch in the Ostseepark. I was looking for shoes for my little son and kindly asked for help. Three shop assistants had a chat with each other and obviously felt disturbed by my request for support. None of the three moved or reacted appropriately, they just pointed to the shelf with their children's shoes and continued chatting. It was not the first time that I have seen such unmotivated staff in this branch. There will be no further visit from me there, also because the selection of good shoes in size. 23 / boys is very sparse. Fortunately, not all Deichmann branches are like this.

As far as good assortment, unfortunately, some cheap brands break much too fast, so they do not even keep a season right and sometimes they last a very long time. So very fluctuating quality.
