I have been living in Warnemünde for over 5 years and I really enjoy going for a stroll and shopping, if the time allows, also in this shoe shop in Alexstr. , but since today the 4.7. In 2018 I will never enter this shop again. A very unfriendly, more than naughty saleswoman. I can only say that you always see each other twice in life. There will definitely be a second reunion for the shopkeeper.
We have been vacationing in beautiful Warnemünde for several years and regularly use the various shopping opportunities. Great emphasis is placed on customer friendliness so as not to lose the hard-earned reputation lightly.
The "Employee of the Month July 2018" does not seem to have been informed!
On the morning of July 23, 2018, we wanted to redeem a credit and buy a pair of shoes. Without a "hello" or something similar, this employee's sales pitch began with the words: "We won't pay you off". She was completely cross with her manner and was in no way friendly or accommodating. She gave the feeling that she had to pay us the money back out of pocket. We understand that you have to follow the boss's instructions, but you can say this nicely and offer the customer a suggestion as a compromise, like the colleague at Kirchplatz, who was able to give us nice advice a little later.
The cheek, however, is that we are in the shop on the church square and the employee of the month calls and her colleague warns of us! I beg you, but how would you feel if you seek help in another business and are dragged about us with other customers?
That was our last purchase in this sales chain. From now on we will avoid these branches.
