For 2 weeks I have been called continuously because I am one rate behind. Each time it means that I have been taken out of processing for 2 weeks. I would love to go to the next branch and scream the whole place together!

If you are competently advised by friendly and well-prepared employees, as here at Targobank in Flensburg, there is nothing to complain about. The best possible solution is always (quickly) sought to help. I can only recommend the Targobank !!
