Very quick and uncomplicated help over the phone. There is a queue, but it is normal when a lot of customers are calling. Always very friendly and callbacks work great too.

I have seldom had such a good experience with a bank! The appointment was extremely flexible and corresponded to my wishes. In the branch, Mr. Modrow took a lot of time, showed me all the advantages and disadvantages, ran through various options and found the optimal solution for me! Service, friendliness, information content, etc. really leave nothing to be desired. Because of this positive experience, I also changed banks. Even after that everything went to my satisfaction! The branch in Flensburg is highly recommended - anyone looking for solid and in-depth advice on an equal footing will not be disappointed.

Would like to deduct another star, but Santander has problems with the internet and you can't access your account, the branch can't do anything about that. Now my big BUT. Due to the circumstances, I rushed myself early in the morning to get to the branch to take a look at my account balance (I've been waiting for my money, which I have transferred to the account for 3-4 days, in order to have money on it again ) and must find out that neither the account statement machine is working, nor the ATM allows you to check whether there is still money in the account. Very bad! That urgently needs to be changed!
