The service at NOSPA is hardly available any more. Consultant does not call on the agreed date, termination of the account is not confirmed; only after two further inquiries. Reduced free parking time for customers in the Sparkasse parking garage in the city, increased parking fees. In our case, the counter for changing money in the city was already closed at 11:55 (5 minutes before the lunch break). Unfriendly response from an employee when asked. The question is, why should I pay 6.90 euros for such a terrible service? I have now switched to a direct bank.

Somehow the room is not as appealing as it was a few years ago. Much would have to be renewed again.
