They really do not want to have private customers. They only focus on business. After introducing 10 EU account fees each month, I terminated my account - otherwise was a loyal customer for over 5 years. But there are alternatives where it is free to have an account, and without fees. However, the employees inside the bank are generally quite nice.

Practical if you live in Denmark, since I used it as a border account. Unfortunately, the account maintenance fees are very high (10 € + € 0.20 for each transaction, payment by card, etc.) and even small change you can not deposit outside the opening hours, as it offers, for example, the Nospa. Too expensive, so I'll cancel the account.

Never again Sydbank, poor service Sydbank threw my papers away to my car and it ended up costing me a lot of time and money after an accident, No permanent advisor, etc.
