stephi rose makes it great, at least a little challenging and suitable for sporty "non-mutty" types!
Atmospheric and cozy yoga studio with a diverse range of yoga classes, such as aerial yoga. Here I hang in the towel and can literally drop all stress.
The personal yoga classes are also highly recommended and have helped well against back problems!
In addition, Miriam and the team are just adorable, so that all-round well-being is guaranteed here!
Granted, I'm not an athlete and as far as yoga is concerned, I've always considered it a kind of "movement hocus pocus".
But by working with Miriam, I've been working intensively on the topic of yoga and must say: Yoga is great! Meaningful movements that not only keep you fit but also prevent a whole range of "hurting"!
Whether yoga for the back, for the tie weave or just to bring the mind and the body in harmony - it makes perfect sense! And it is versatile! From harmonious, to "get into a sweat", there is the right level for everyone! :-)
