A fitness studio in which you feel in good hands with no ifs or buts!
The support during training by the trainers, the familiar atmosphere and the sporting spirit that is in the air there cannot be offered by any other studio to the same extent. All needs and abilities of the individual are addressed, the goals pursued together and even exceeded. There is really something for everyone in the diverse range. From weightlifting to Pilates, for young and old, for beginners and advanced. The team is great, the equipment is modern and well-maintained and the studio is always kept up to date.

a great team with a very high level of competence. Everyone is looked after individually here, regardless of age and fitness. And all with a lot of fun.
Super great gym and can only be recommended
If someone wants to do sport in Flensburg and is unsure where, then this is the best gym. Small groups, great trainers, super nice members - almost like a second home, just a little more strenuous 😊 Try it too, you won't regret it 💪🏻
Great atmosphere, nice and very competent trainers.
