Disappointing ... I dropped off blazers and coats here for cleaning based on the good reviews here, but I'm not happy with the result. When I was about to put on my coat this morning, the buttons on both sides of the sleeves were missing - I think it's outrageous that I wasn't even told about it or someone apologized for it. Obviously someone noticed because later I found the buttons in my coat pocket. Thank goodness, because now I can at least have the coat brought to the tailoring shop for repairs. Not again!

I had already declared my sweater lost - old machine oil, and treated it wrongly myself. Thanks to this cleaning, my sweater looks like new! Am thrilled Thank you
