Customer service is very bad. My expensive tablecloth was ruined by the Tautz company in November 2017. First I was put off several times, trying to repair the damage. Then, in January, I was told it had been submitted to the insurance company. To date, we have not received a refund of our purchase price. Nobody reports on its own. You always have to ask. One can only advise against the company Tautz. We will probably take legal action against the company.
