Have been a customer of the company for years. I had to use the emergency service several times, always quickly on the spot. The time record was 20 minutes between the call and the fitter's arrival. Both over the phone and on site, I have only ever seen friendly and very competent employees. All previous work has been done to the greatest satisfaction.
Unfortunately not a good rating. Fitter couldn't find the fault in my oil heater. Another company immediately. I would not call again.
District heating made unknown noises. The fitter came the day after next, although the request was not time-critical.
Competent, friendly and reliable, even if he could not solve the problem because the public utility company was the cause.
The exchange of the sacrificial anode, which was also commissioned, was carried out without any problems. Can only recommend the company from order acceptance to implementation !!!

Unreliable: had to make several calls after an offer was made, promised callbacks were not kept. Fitter takes add-on part from the bathroom as a color sample - have not received it back until today!
Naughty: 3 months later, an invoice is sent for this "offer preparation". Past the customer and absolutely not recommended ...
