Super competent and friendly team of helpers and doctors. We have been coming back here with the children for a number of years. I often recommend this practice to others :-). It's a shame that they only treat children, otherwise I would definitely be treated there myself.

We were in the branch in Alzey. The staff was really friendly and acted child friendly. The presentation of the practice was very focused on children and nice to look at. However, it quickly turned out that mainly private services are sold here, since it is alleged that very special techniques are used which can not be settled with the health insurance company. There were no pure cash benefits offered. Only questionable, why then as a dental practice even a Kassenärztliche approval needed? Incidentally, the concrete problem was also known to the Dentists' Association, which immediately took action to exhort the practice. If necessary, this practice should simply switch to pure private practice, so there would be fewer "misunderstandings" and angry patients.

I'm really excited: Mrs. Gerlach takes the necessary time for the children and also explains absolutely child-friendly what she does and what she does. The whole practice is child-friendly and the absolute highlight is the TV on the ceiling above the treatment chair. THIS is a great idea and the children tell about it the most. Really great. Full points!
