sporThera - Gesundheit ist Gold wert

We tried the courses on site as well as online. The training is very well structured, varied and has helped the injured back very well. Thanks to the great online courses, you don't have to do without the usual back training even during the current restrictions of public life.

I've been enthusiastic about it for years. The courses are just great and so are the trainers. Today I did the online training for the first time and I got full marks here too. Jana presents the course perfectly. I am happy to be with Sporthera.

I always like to come every week and especially enjoy the good feeling after the course that you have `done something good for your body. I like the atmosphere: you meet pleasant people, you are motivated, but not stressed - all around good :-) I am very satisfied.

I have been attending the Pilates Flow course for a few years now and find it very good. It is always amazing how you can sweat with these slow, intense movements. The atmosphere in the studio is very relaxed, the trainers very competent and friendly. It's easy to rework or miss a missed unit. So you can also sniff a different course. I can really recommend sporThera.

SporThera has been an integral part of my physical activities for years. The varied design of the weekly units makes every new hour attractive and interesting. So I like to go there every week.
