The team and the boss of the Vita pharmacy are always courteous and incredibly appreciative. You always have the feeling that the wellbeing of your customers is really important to them. There is a nice and encouraging word for everyone, even though at the moment the conditions are anything but comfortable. They are at the forefront and never let you feel it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!

I am very disappointed. The trust I had in this pharmacy or the boss since childhood was broken. For the first time in my life I was allowed to get a vaccine and I was not aware that it should be refrigerated. Now my pharmacy did not consider it necessary to inform me about this either. Fortunately, our pediatrician asked about this before my daughter got this vaccination. After my complaint at the pharmacy, the boss called me back. She couldn't meet me, because if I buy a yoghurt I would have to chill it too. Completely correct, but I don't need any advice or specialist staff, so I should probably use an online pharmacy in the future, because that's where I will be informed. In addition, she would only have earned only € 6 on my purchase, which apparently still does not value me as a customer. Mind you, the vaccine cost me just under € 100. Well, the Vita Apotheke will no longer earn anything from me in the future. Because whoever does not honor the penny is not worth the thaler!

Very nice, competent and helpful staff. Here I always feel well advised, looked after and in good hands. I would recommend it anytime, therefore 5 out of 5 stars.

Finally a pharmacy where you are perceived not only as a paying customer but as a person. What has excited me for many years is the competent advice paired with empathy and commitment. Also logistically really great - on-site parking and disabled access. Absolutely recommended and worth supporting.

This is by far the best pharmacy far and wide. All are very competent and nice. A great advice and much more. The pharmacy itself is beautiful. So I can only recommend this pharmacy and I do not even go into other. Thank you very much for your support
