The Volker pharmacy in Alzey was my savior in an emergency ..... After an operation and a subsequent rehabilitation stay, I got a prescription for syringes to take home with me, which had to be administered on the same day. Unfortunately, neither the pharmacies in our city nor several other pharmacies in Alzey were able to get the syringes quickly. My last port of call was the Volker pharmacy; I had also lost the desire to talk on the phone ..... The employee there was extremely friendly and accommodating. Clarified my request from the supplier within a few minutes and assured me that I would be reserved / picked up for half an hour later. That's what I call perfect and prompt service - especially since I'm not a regular customer there. My thanks for this help.

I give full 5 stars for the Völker pharmacy! In addition to the really competent and friendly advice, they offer a free app with the latest health tips and interaction check of all medications. You can also use the app to easily order medication. That's what I call service!
