Super friendly staff.

I live here .. And here I feel good !!!!

I had forgotten my wallet on the way to school and therefore did not have my Maxx ticket with me. Of course, the tickets were checked that day in a crowded school train. So I had to confess to the controller that I can not show my ticket. After being warned that I could not be a student at all and that I did not need to lie, (I had both textbooks and a student ID) I got a reminder and the task to show the ticket in the next 3 working days. So far this is not a big problem since I forgot my ticket (apart from the incredibly rude sound towards me). Arrived the same day in the vlexx office, ready to present my ticket and pay the processing fee, I had to wait 5 minutes until the two ladies at the counter had finished their obvious private conversation. After all I 39.50 euros! I was asked very impolitely: "how to be so stupid to forget your ticket". I am only human and after 6 years of traveling with a ticket this can happen. This is not about the "fine" but about such disrespect and unkindness.

A small train station with Vlexx point of sale and a doner shop with pub ... to the toilets one comes through the pub
