I bought shoes on vacation that had the lacing torn off after 4 weeks due to a production error. After a friendly phone call, I was told: Send shoes back, new pair will be sent to me, postage reimbursed. Top service! Quick and easy! Best regards from the south.

This year I decided to buy my summer shoes on time and not in autumn. Yesterday was a good time, there was a large selection. If you wear medical insoles like me and still have certain fashion ideas, you need advice. I received this kindly and competently from a young man. Yesterday I found my summer shoes and felt good advice "again" at Bochstiegel. How customer loyalty works!

Not recommendable. The sales ladies are too busy with themselves. Even a greeting is difficult when you come in as a customer. This does not in any way interrupt the sales group's lively discussion group. The customer is king? Definitely somewhere else, but not here. I won't be seen there again.
