We avoid visiting this savings bank. The waiting time is incredibly long, even if you only want to deposit small change, since the machine was abolished. The staff always seems very uninterested.

I have objected to a credit agreement of the Sparkasse Worms from 2005 because of a faulty cancellation policy. The revocation instruction was confirmed by the consumer center Hamburg, which specialized in the examination of such contracts, as faulty. The Sparkasse Worms responded to my opposition with refusal and also to a new letter from my now lawyer, who also considered the revocation as faulty, I get neither an answer nor a reaction. Even my written requests to withdraw direct debits from my account are simply ignored by the bank without reaction. Under customer-friendly behavior I imagine something else. However, this will rather strengthen me in enforcing my legitimate demand for the dissolution and reversal of the contract.
