An incredibly calm doctor who takes away all fear due to her charisma and competence. In addition, I have the feeling that I was treated in such a way that the treatment costs and the profit were not the focus, but only the diagnosis! No more fear of the dentist!

Very bad intervention and waiting times up to more than 2 months despite the pain patient. I am not writing a bad review here to relieve frustration but I want to clarify what a botch I had to feel on my own body and what is the ignorance behind it. In spring 2020 I had problems with my left molar tooth (pain, etc.) I went to Ms. Klatt's office. She looked briefly at the problem and other appointments were made. Due to the general corona situation that then came in Germany, the dates were postponed for another two months. Nobody could do anything for that. When I finally got the appointments, the doctor made a very small check on my tooth. It was not properly checked whether it might not have been possible to grind it and fill it up freshly. Even if a piece was broken off. "The tooth has to come out" Said Ms. Klatt. When pulling, the doctor must have already tormented herself so that another molar was affected and has been crooked and hurt more for days than anything else. The seam opened after a few days due to poor knotting and everything caught fire and throbbed. At first I was optimistic and decided not to report sick. But due to the very severe pain that did not go down with ibuprofen or the antibiotic, I called there and came to the actual appointment to pull threads with brutal pain. I had to go through a ridiculous question and answer game again. Whether it hurts and how it feels Etc. The doctor looked at everything and asked me as if I had opened the seams. I could only say no. I told her that I would like a sick leave of 10 working days and she countered directly that this was not possible. I cannot understand that. Badly pulled tooth with very poorly sewn wound that festering. In my job there is a lot of dirt and hazardous substances such as motor oils, diesel fuels and other caustic chemicals such as brake cleaners. I do not understand how you can perform such a bad operation and not even see the consequences and at least issue an appropriate sick leave. That day it was clear to me that I would not set foot in this practice anymore. I go back to my doctor who is a good 60 kilometers from Worms. But then it's worth it to me. Finally, I would like to say that poor advice and a non-cooperative doctor doesn't make a problem any better. As a patient, I have to have trust and not feel like a good donor of money to a practice.

Very competent and friendly! Due to the high number of patients, although at peak times, there is often a longer waiting time, despite the appointment, but the wait is well worth it and the teeth are treated to the same extent.

I can only agree with my predecessor. This score will not be provided. There are very rare people whose vocation is also vocation. In my life I was able to get to know some of them and more recently also Mrs. Olga Klatt and I am grateful for that.

5 stars are actually not enough to rate this great dentist! I can only recommend this practice to everyone.
