Hello. I have a problem my daughter tried for two years to terminate the contract with them. No notice confirmation comes back no answer niks. We tried in worms for place to give notice the staff do not accept it. The card works they can not announce or use the studio. The money is drawn every month. How should we cancel the contract with them? Because it can not go on like that.

I can't say anything about the fitness studio ... BECAUSE I HAVE TRYED TO REACH SOMEONE FOR 8 WEEKS! Inquiry on the website 3 times - no answer, 10x called during the info times - mailbox, 2x personally during the support times - no employee there, entrance only with chip card - contact me via imprint to the stored support address - no answer. Fitnessking called in Wiesbaden and asked why nobody in Worms answers - no help. Then I noticed that the shop is always empty ... Well, no wonder :-) So dear CEO of FitnessKing, I hope you read this and you should know that the name FitnessKing somehow doesn't fit your concept. Somehow you avoid new customers :-)
