I give Turiya Yoga 5 stars! From the bottom of my heart. In 2017 I did my four week Teacher Training at Turiya Yoga in Goa / India and I probably have never learned so much in such a short time as there. I mean this truly sustainable learning that does not just last to the test, but goes into flesh and blood. The topics are integrated forever. And that is what makes Turiya Yoga so magical. The combination of daily intense yoga and the descriptive teaching of history, philosophy, anatomy ... plus the scientific aspects of yoga has made the great picture of yoga more distinct every day. And what I especially appreciated during the teacher training: Manu and Suzana not only teach yoga, but live it through and through! The two are very inspiring and excellent teachers. After training, I felt I was well prepared to start as a yoga teacher myself. Not only did I feel physically and personally trained, but I was also encouraged to start my own courses right away. And I did. First on Bali and since 2018 also in Germany. And since then, there have been and still are impulses that have been in me since Goa, inspiring me to this day in yoga.
