Well thought-out sports concept, the training session is structured systematically and is also fun. The rooms are well designed and, above all, very clean. An all-round successful concept.

The Pilates flow hour is a treat for body and soul! Jana's concept appeals to all muscle groups and you feel wonderfully "moved" after training. Good mix of familiar exercises and new elements, I am curious every week how the flow is put together. Switch off, follow Jana's voice and everything will be fine! :-)

A very atmospheric sports facility. Always a smile and helpful when registering or reregister and the lesson Pilates or spinal gymnastics are really worth their weight in gold.
