Rude he thinks he works in construction. I don't recommend anyone to go there. You feel undesirable there. If you are not satisfied with your job you should do something else. So better to the competition. !!

I brought my e-bike there to have the bottom bracket replaced. Wherever I was there I asked if they were doing something like that, I was answered in the affirmative Three hours later they call me that they don't have the spare part and can't order it .... when I was there, the pedals and the bottom bracket were removed and he wanted € 12.50 for that ?! If I don't have a spare part, I don't build anything but first ask the customer about it So the guy had a zero plan of nothing .... couldn't even measure properly or has a plan of what he has in the store or what he can actually do! But the main thing is to say YES first, WE WILL DO THAT Can only advise everyone against the store! Zero stars!
