Super nice and above all competent employees. Mr. Kuzmanovic supported me with all questions.

Wanted to buy mouthguards during the Corona period and got 10 for 10 euros. When I put it on, I noticed that it was much tighter and smaller than the normal surgical mask. When I complained about this, I was told by both employees that they now only have these masks and that they would be ok and there would be no reason to give my money back to me or to take back the mouthguards I had touched. I said that was the last time I would use this pharmacy !. Customer service and quality standards look different! But Klose pharmacy can apparently do without customers !. Let's see how long with such a service.
