I always got the card 2 days later. It was a technical defect. More people could not tell me. The Sparkasse in Mundenheim is often full on Mondays or when street party is on, but also on money days 15 or 30 of the month. There would have to be more machines, 2 machines are not enough to withdraw money. It is bad when an ATM is out of order. I also had to go 45 min. waiting. I think it's a pity that between Ludwigshafen and Mundenheim is no more savings. One used to be in Von Weberstraße in Ludwigshafen Süd. Now you have to Rheingönnheim or in the city.
