Unfortunately 1 star too many. Real estate financing at * Ms. Thorwardt * was not customer-oriented and you could tell that she had no desire or even an interest. No one even tried to find a solution. My proposal was not discussed or included in detail at all. In a few minutes the cold and disinterested conversation was over. The lady's boss didn't even have the time + inclination to discuss it, but she always had to walk there and back - you can also see that she had nothing to decide, but you can still expect friendliness! 12 years customer at SK and treatment as if you were nobody. Oh, back to real estate financing, the property was gone, the dream of owning a home with a family, for the time being too. The bank opposite has kindly taken care of options and the financing for the next property is already in place !! Not even a blue current account at the bank - but great advice.

I've been general for 17 years at the Sparkasse. And am also satisfied so far, of course it can sometimes that's not always all processed correctly or quickly can be. But they are too only people even if i still didn't claim a great service there. And nevertheless am i satisfied otherwise i would be definitely NOT 17 years At the Sparkasse. There are also unfriendly ones Employees there but where there are not that one?? No person is perfect. No body is perfect.
