The most unfriendly branch in the area. I am surprised that anyone can even seek advice there.

On weekends the change coin machine is always set to “out of order” because one is probably too lazy to empty the machines on Mondays, unbelievable. Every single employee is largely arrogant, unfriendly and empathy is a foreign word. It must be made clear to employees that annoyed reactions are absolutely unprofessional and dubious. Thank goodness I was able to convince some friends and acquaintances to terminate their business accounts in 2021 and switch to the new VR Bank, which is currently being built.

Eternal waiting times if you want to contact by phone. Only central telephone number. Staff very nice and friendly.

Very easy to define. The people are nice and polite !! Everybody gives their best in their level, as it should be !! From my point of view everything is in super green area.
