My daughter came to the world on October 1st, 2020. And still have no birth certificate. 3 weeks I am told that the certificate has been sent out by post. I can have my little net health insurance, etc. Outrageous something!

Incredibly unfriendly, I was there today and will never come back .... I had to discuss an appointment for 15 minutes to certify a copy and I got no appointment and no solution. I went to the citizen's office in Achtmorgenstrasse and got my copy notarized directly. Big shame for what our tax money goes for !!!! Cheekiness from the employee who sits at the laptop and virtually decides who and when can get an appointment. Of course he didn't want to say his name. That's great citizen service.
