If the citizens' office is closed, it should be communicated on the website and not described as "open"! The answering machine also tells you that all employees are on a call. When you are on site after a journey of 40km, you stand in front of closed doors ?! Such service is simply no longer acceptable in the 21st century!

Online is open, on-site closed. How should one be able to meet deadlines as a working person.

Appointments must be agreed at least one week in advance, waiting usually over one hour, as not enough staff available. Price / performance is a disaster.

Great civic service. V. A. since then the dates can be made online. Have never waited since then and no one pushes forward. Problems were always solved well. For the prices yes, the staff nothing ... is already tw. happig today.

Nice competent employees. It's faster with an online appointment 😉
