flow - yoga and more

An excellent place to learn, practice and share.

Arrived at 8 pm and got locked out and told we should have showed up earlier for their 8 pm class.

Had already attended various yoga courses in Flow and in the fitness studio. Today I was in a yoga beginners course. I found this course super good! The basics are explained again in detail and also go into depth. I highly recommend it. Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. at Theresa's.

I have attended several courses over a longer period here. The studio is very cozy and nicely decorated and the classes are a lot of fun and have always been very enriching to me. I can only recommend the studio to anyone.

I was always very happy in the flow and miss it very much since we moved away.
